Project Description	The project aims at launching rational development on the core areas in middle part of Nanxu New City, a key urban construction region of Zhenjiang, i.e. the some 650mu living block between Danshan Scenic Spot and Bailongshan Scenic Spot, and some 350mu tourism and commercial and living quarters, and paying back to investors after the land gets listed and traded in the market. So far Zhenjiang Transportation Investment Construction Development Co.,Ltd has got all necessary certificates for the land block, and currently is conducting the early-stage plans and tearing down surface buildings, and plans to invest in sorting out the land by the end of 2006, and during the first half of 2007 will have the land got listed and traded in the land market, and by the end of 2007 will make the net land available. The land block is situated amongst several scenic spots, and lies to the north side of the square of Shanghai-Nanjing Fast Track, boasting convenient communications and beautiful environment, which is also the only land block closely linking Nanxu New City with Nanshan National Forest Park and the largest joint development zone in the new urban areas.
