| Project Description |
The project aims at launching rational and overall development on some 1500mu land block to the west of Zhenjiang Connecting Line with Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway, the south of Nanshan National Forest Park and the east of Huilong Reservoir and paying back to investors after the land gets listed and traded in the market.
So far Zhenjiang Transportation Investment Construction Development Co.,Ltd has got the land certificate for the 350mu land, and currently is handling with the licence for the resting 1150 mu land. Presently the overall plan has been made, and plans to invest in making early-stage land arrangements by the end of 2006.
With a planned area totaling some 5km2, the project is a multi-functional land block including commercial undertakings, living and tourism facilities.
