In the 10th Five-year Plan Period, the investment on key urban construction projects reached 2.28 billion yuan.
Project Description	The project is located to the south side of Changjiang Road, a riverside trunk road in the city proper, sits close to Jinshan Park to the south and the historical block of ancient Xijin Ferry. Its overall architecture is typical of river south buildings with interspersed sloping roofs, green tiles and white walls, and a large courtyard. The complex has a building floor totaling 17,000m2, amongst which the underground parking lot covers 5,000m2. The earthwork for the project has finished, and all auxiliary facilities and inner decoration may be fixed according to investment intention. Zhenjiang is the starting point of the Yangtze River Delta where the water surface of the River starts to become wide and most migration fishes spawn, thus lots of delicious riverfood fishes gather here. The restaurant echoes each other with the famous Riverfood Catering Street across a street, and will target at a leading riverfood restaurant in Zhenjiang integrating catering, shopping and amusement. In addition, the project is adjacent to Jinshan Temple where numerous Buddism worshippers gather. Relying on the development of tourism sector, the project has a good prospective.
