2. Why did I fail to log in after registration?
After your registration, we will send an email to your email box. Only after you click the links for activation, can you become our member. If you fail to receive our email, please click here to reissue activating information. 3. What about forgetting my password?
You can click the "Forget Password" service and enter your USER ID. We will send an email to the mail box you provided when registering and then you can reset your password.
4.How to change my password?
To change your password, please take the following steps:
· Sign in at My Investguide.
· Click "Chang Password" in the "Account Information" section.
· Enter your current password in "Current Password" and then enter and re-enter your new password, along with your secret answer.
· Submit.
5. Can I change or cancel my USER ID?
For security reasons, each Investguide.cn account is exclusive to an individual USER ID. Therefore, you cannot change your USER ID.
However, you can register for a new USER ID at http://www.Investguide.cn/register.aspx. Please note that an email address can only be registered once at Investguide.cn.
6. How to modify my registered information?
To modify your registered member information (i.e., registered company name, email address, etc.) please take the following steps:
· Sign in at My Investguide.
· Click "Edit Member Profile" under "Account Information" section.
· Change your registered information.
· Submit when done.
7.My USER ID and password are both correct, but I still have problems signing in. Why?
The account is/has been deactivated. It may have been deactivated due to inactivity or for other another reason as explained in our service terms. For any help, please contact us at Investguide@Investguide.cn
There is a network jam or server reboots, you may try again later. Sometimes it is caused by a browser problem on your computer if you use a browser other than IE and Netscape.
If the problem persists within specific pages, it may be caused by an error in the webpage. Please notify Customer Service. If the page is at

8.Why cannot I visit certain webpage or the speed is very slow?
If you cannot visit specific pages at Investguide.cn or if the speed is very slow, please contact your internet service provider (ISP) for help.
If there is nothing wrong with ISP, please contact with our Customer Service and we will handle it promptly.
9.Why cannot some webpage be displayed?
An "Internal Server Error" will appear if there is a temporarily network jam or server re-boot.
Sometimes it is caused by a browser problem on your computer if you use a browser other than IE (Internet Explorer) and Netscape.
If the problem persists within specific pages, it may be caused by an error in the web page. Please notify Customer Service. If the page is in My Investguide, you need to provide your USER ID and password to Customer Service.
10. How can I search and find the information I am interested in?
At the home page, you can use Search Engine as well as Advanced Search for more accurate information. A comprehensive and detailed Search Engine is provided in channels of Investment Plan, Investment Opportunity and Investment Location.
11. Is the electronic magazine service free? How can I get it?
Yes. It is free to subscribe to electronic journal we provide. Once you click “Subscribe to Electronic Magazine” and enter your mailbox, you can receive the regular electronic magazines we provide.
12. How can I submit my request?
After registering as a member, you can post your requirement by suitable channel. If you are too busy to register or feel complex when surfing Investguide.cn, you can send relevant information to us by email or fax and we will post it promptly once receiving your information. You have to pay to keep your contact information open. The detail about information posting can be obtained at page of Posting Information under Member Service.
13. I cannot find the contact information when searching for specific information. How can I get them?
There is no contact information on the information provided by free members and some important opportunities. You can pay to get the detailed information via transaction system.
14. What if the information I check is the expired or wrong?
You can keep us informed of it by sending your complaint or other means and we will examine and verify it promptly. We will return the fee you paid to check the information.
15. Is the private information I leave on Topf.com safe?
